If a rare occasion arises when you feel you must return a
product, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by
email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the
returned item(s), we will opt for exchange of your item(s) if returned in the
same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping costs
for which you are responsible. Buyer is responsible for return
shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned
merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from when
you contact us regarding the return. We will not refund cash in any
circumstances.
Refunds:
Once the return item is received our team audits for the
reasons mentioned by the customer, we will send customer an email to notify
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify customer of the
approval or rejection of refund.
If its approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to customer original source of payment.
In case package returns back for any of the following
reasons, 2-way shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount:
1. Customer address incorrect.
2. Customer phone incorrect.
3. Customer not available. (three (3) attempts of delivery
will be made by our courier company/postal services)
4. Customer refused to accept
if customer has any confusion related to your pin-code
please check with your local post office as in rare cases delivery pin-code is
different and pin-code mentioned by you may not fall in same region. Usually in
this case parcel is returned with reason “address incorrect” or “address
incomplete”. Please note in this case total shipment cost payed by customer
would not be refunded too.
Late and missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first
please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card /bank/wallet
service provided, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.
